This is Steve...

I am the proud father of four children and husband to one wife. I live in Casper WY and work for the City of Casper as a sanitation specialist. I grew up in San Diego, California in the shaded eculyptus and ice planted hamlet of San Carlos. Though I graduated from high school 20 years ago, I don't often feel as old as my wife tells me I look. I spent two years in Illinois and Missouri volunteering as a missionary for the LDS church from 1992 to 1994. I unfortunately watched the conservative demise of my country continue while I washed white shirts in a Champaign, Il laundromat in November 1992. His name was Bill and he was proudly thanking those that voted for him while keeping an eye out for a gal named Monica. Luckily I moved from Illinois before their most recent junior US Senator added to the country's woes beginning in November of 2008.

I have lived in Wyoming for about 14 years now and enjoy the historically conservative nature of the people here. I will be in this state for about 9 more years. My family and I will then move south to a warmer climate with plenty of room to move about.

My hobbies are gardening, fishing, following politics, watching and playing baseball, seeing the kids dry fire an AR-15, collecting Native artifacts, reptiles, and a bit of a tan every Spring.

I appreciate having a wife that puts up with turtles, snakes, salamanders, and an American Alligator in the kitchen. The four most important things in a person's life are duty, education, family, and faith. I'll let you figure out the order.

From my cold dead hands.........
